Abstract:
In this talk, I will introduce my research agenda more broadly and provide a few examples using the mobility-energy nexus as a case study to showcase my interdisciplinary approach to sustainability research. I will start with earlier research related to mobility electrification using a variety of tools and methods and continue with other topics such as micromobility and mobility as a service, as well as the energy-transport nexus modeling in different contexts. I will review studies that use a variety of methods, such as agent-based models, game theory, life cycle assessment, optimization methods, and consumer surveys. I will end the talk by describing my current and future research agenda.
